AN ACT supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of
the existing appropriation from the State Fund, Lottery Net
Profits, to the Bureau of Senior Services - Lottery Senior
Citizens Fund, fund 5405, fiscal year 2007, organization 0508,
by supplementing and amending the appropriation for the fiscal
year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand seven.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation from the State Fund,
Lottery Net Profits, to the Bureau of Senior Services - Lottery
Senior Citizens Fund, fund 5405, fiscal year 2007, organization
0508, be amended and reduced in the existing line item as follows:
